It works, I was skeptical, smells weird, tastes terrible. But after a while I started noticing the changes in energy levels and overall wellbeing. Dip the little spoon thing and hang it into your coffee cup the hot coffee dissolves the black stuff and you won’t taste it. I don’t know if it’s super stuff like some people have said, but it does make a difference most vitamins you can never really tell if it’s working or not, give this a little time and you will notice the difference.

I’ve noticed a big difference in focus and energy taking this product. Some people claim that some other brands do not work for them. This particular brand was also sold on a lot of high end holistic medicine sites, so I chose this one specifically for that reasons. It is a very tacky paste and is difficult to get precise dosages out of the container. I did not notice a marked difference until after 2 months of consistent usage. So, if you do try it, try it for at least 2 months. One bottle should last about 3 months. Based on the difficulty in getting the precise dosage out of the container, I may run out a little sooner than that.

Some time ago, I began doing research on Shilajit because I was looking to become a healthier person and see health benefits out of it. So I decided to buy it despite my many doubts.
When I first began taking the required amount every day for about a week, I didn’t notice any benefits. But as I continued to take it consistently, I began to notice increased energy levels throughout my day and increased brain productivity. For anyone planning to get this, just remember to be consistent with the product. You can’t expect results in 1 day.
The only other thing I wanna add is that the flavor is really strong. Almost undesirable which is why it’s a good idea to mix it in your coffee or something sweet - to mask the taste. I can’t complain about the taste because at the end of the day, I’m technically consuming metallic minerals (aka rocks)
Other than that, I highly recommend this product. It’s not a quick fix product but it has delivered for me in being consistent!

tried this brand and others but this one felt more potent. Shilajit was recommended to me by a fellow veteran. He told me in person that it has helped him with his sleep, mood and energy. I researched more on Shilajit and found more positive benefits. Personally i like how it suppresses my appetite and as well as how it makes you just want to move and do productive things. Shilajit taste like vegemite but its more viscous and bitter to the taste.
the only thing that i personally can complain about this particular brand are all the unnecessary extra packaging.

I have been researching this product for a long time, hoping to find a real source that was pure and raw. I decided to go with and am extremely happy I did.
The first time trying I only used about 2 grains worth of rice in measurement. I felt more energy and also slept well that evening. It was a good boost for the 2nd part of the day when I took it.
The second time I tried it, I felt energy for even longer into later evening at dinner. That time I took the full measurement of 5 grains of rice! My body felt balanced, less brain fog, and I was highly productive crunching numbers at work.
With each day that I take this I feel better and better. I was at the point energy drinks were not working, I was dragging, my body felt sick- I was just drained!
Now I feel like I can complete all my tasks for the day and some.
I have mixed this with coffee and didn’t like the taste even when masking. It’s quite earthly! It smells earthy too! I use the end of this cheese fork to grab a little glob and mix it in very hot water, a tiny shot! I rather drink it in one sip with a chaser such a apple juice. It does fully dissolve - so keep stirring!! I am SO glad I ordered this and have been sharing with friends since this jar came with more than enough to share the greatness.

Okay, so I tried this shilajit supplement, and let me tell you, the taste is like diving into the earth – super earthy and full-bodied. Not your typical supplement flavor, not my thing, personally but each to their own. Now, about the stickiness – it's a bit of a sticky situation, literally. If youre not careful you may end up with a sticky jar, and personally these things annoy me. But maybe i am a bit careless. I know its supposed to be sticky. Overall, it's been an inetresting experience, and if you can get past the stickiness, you can feel some effects after a day or two in my experience.

Beautifully packaged. I don’t mind the taste at all. Not bad. I didn’t like the fact that there is no instructions on dosage included in packaging. I do see on Amazon In the listing it says 1-2 rice grain serving size for 10-14 days but it would’ve been nice to include with the product or on the bottle for easy reference. I feel that’s one of the most important things to put on the bottle itself. Also after 10-14 days what should the portion size be? Can you take too much? Also am I supposed to take on an empty stomach or with food. That seems like it would be pretty important as well

Let me preface that I researched this brand and every other brand of Shilajit on the market that isn't on some sketchy black market site. This one seemed to have the most positive reviews from purchasers and have a good quality, purified product. That being said, it's the first and only brand of shilajit I've tried. If there are better ones out there, please let me know. I am still learning and researching what works the best.
I purchased this product for the numerous health benefits that I've heard coming from Shilajit. It is too soon to tell if this may help with hormone balancing and thyroid issues but, I have noticed a natural boost of energy in the morning when I take it with my coffee. Plus, I feel like my brain is multitasking faster than normal. I will continue to use up the rest of this container and report back at the end to let you know if I have found any other benefits from taking this brand.
