I started using Pure Shilajit Gold Resin in early October and wanted to use it thoroughly before reviewing. I've been taking two doses a day: one in the morning and one at night. Initially, the taste was strong and overpowering, but I got used to it after a week. It paired better with tea than coffee due to its earthy taste. For convenience, I found the easiest method was to dip a butter knife in the resin, place it on my tongue, let it dissolve, and swallow.
Regarding energy and focus, I didn't notice a sudden burst or significant increase. The first night, I stayed up briefly, but after that, my sleep was unaffected.
