Reclaim Your Body

optimize your wellness after 40

Menopause doesn’t have to define you. ShilaSource Himalayan Shilajit Resin delivers the key minerals and phytoestrogens your body needs to restore balance — from the inside out.

Hormonal Balance

Rich in phytoestrogens and trace minerals that support estrogen regulation, helping reduce hot flashes, mood swings, and the hormonal chaos of perimenopause through postmenopause.

Restored Vitality & Libido

Declining estrogen doesn’t have to mean declining desire. Fulvic acid and dibenzo-alpha-pyrones work together to boost cellular energy, support tissue hydration, and revive the spark menopause tried to steal.

Joint Health & Inflammation

Humic acid and fulvic acid act as potent natural anti-inflammatories, easing joint stiffness, reducing chronic discomfort, and supporting bone density as estrogen levels decline.

Weight, Skin & Hair Support

Selenium and magnesium help maintain a healthy metabolism and thyroid function, while zinc and iron support hair growth and skin clarity — combating the stubborn weight gain, thinning hair, and hormonal acne women face after 40.

Why We're No. 1 On Transparent Shilajit Brand In USA

82% of Shilajit Products Contain Dust, Fillers, or Virtually No Fulvic Acid. Here’s How We Proved ShilaSource Is Different

The Industry Problem

News reports reveal widespread contamination, heavy metal presence, and misleading labels across popular Shilajit brands. Most don’t test and hope you won’t notice.

The Science We Follow

We work with Ayurvedic researchers and modern lab scientists to ensure every formulation aligns with both ancient wisdom and current clinical standards for women’s health.

Our Innovation

Proprietary extraction at altitude preserves the full spectrum of fulvic acid, phytoestrogens, and 80+ trace minerals. We filter what others leave in — and keep what others destroy.

Other founders got caught selling contaminated shilajit and blamed suppliers. We built a brand that never needs excuses.

It took 5 YEARS to perfect highest-purity shilajit resin sourced from Himalayan mountain. Shilajit sourced below 16,000 feet is loaded with heavy metals and fillers — most brands can’t pass a clean lab test. We solved it.

We sent our team to the Himalayas. Tested raw resin from 50+ sources across Nepal, India, and Tibet. Most failed for lead, mercury, or arsenic before we even checked potency. One source passed everything. That’s the one in your jar — triple-filtered, 75% Fulvic Acid, every COA published.

"I Sneezed Without Crossing My Legs for the First Time in Two Years." I'd stopped jumping on the trampoline with my kids. Stopped running. Stopped laughing too hard. The leaking was that constant. My pelvic floor therapist helped, but ShilaSource is what finally closed the gap. By month 2, I sneezed in a meeting and didn't panic. That might sound small. It wasn't.

Rachel K., Age 43, Chicago IL · 3 months using

"My husband and I both take these now. We’re both stronger, recovering faster, and honestly having more fun in the gym together. We call them our 'happy couple candy' because we both feel younger and more alive. Best habit we started this year."

Sophia, 38, Denver - Verified Customer

"I Stopped Googling 'Am I Losing My Mind' at 2 AM." The anxiety came first. Then the feeling like I was watching my own life from outside my body. My therapist called it depersonalization. My doctor called it perimenopause. Nobody called it fixable. I started ShilaSource because nothing else made sense anymore. By week 6, the panic attacks spaced out. By month 3, I felt like I was back inside my own skin. I don't know how else to describe it.

Natalie P., Age 41, Brooklyn NY · 4 months using

"My Husband Stopped Sleeping in the Guest Room." The night sweats were so bad he moved out of our bed. Not because he didn't love me — because I was soaking the sheets three times a night and neither of us slept. By week 7 on ShilaSource, I went a full night dry. By month 2, he moved back in. We don't talk about it. We just sleep.

My Husband Noticed Before I Did

I was skeptical — another supplement promising miracles. But within 6 weeks, the dryness improved and intimacy stopped feeling like something I had to survive. By month 3, I actually wanted to be close to him again. My husband didn’t say anything. He just started reaching for my hand.

Two Weeks In and I Wasn't Looking Back

The joint pain was the worst part of menopause for me. I tried everything — turmeric, glucosamine, prescription anti-inflammatories. This is the first thing that actually made a difference I could feel. The sleep came back too — I stopped waking at 3 AM drenched in sweat.

— Jennie T., 36, Portland OR • 4 months using ✓

Stopped Dreading Mornings

For two years, I woke up drenched in sweat, exhausted before my feet hit the floor. By week 5 on ShilaSource, I woke up dry. By week 8, I woke up early — on purpose. I haven’t set an alarm in months. Even the weird tingling in my hands and the heart palpitations have calmed down.

— Karen W., Age 28 • 4 months using ✓

My Brain Came Back

I thought the brain fog was just aging. Forgetting words mid-sentence, losing my keys three times a day, zoning out in meetings. My doctor said it was hormonal. ShilaSource didn’t just clear the fog — it gave me my sharpness back. My team at work noticed before I did. The hair shedding slowed down and my skin cleared up too.

— Michelle R., Age 42 • 3 months using ✓

I Cancelled Three Other Supplements

I was spending $140/month on biotin, iron, collagen, and a hair growth serum that stained my pillowcase. My shower drain was still full every morning. One jar of ShilaSource replaced the entire stack. By week 8, I stopped counting hairs on my pillow. By month 3, my hairdresser asked what I changed. Simpler, cheaper, and my hair is actually staying on my head.

— Patricia H., Age 43 • 6 months using ✓

My Husband Thinks I'm Lying

He asked me what changed. I told him it was a jar of black resin from the Himalayas. He laughed. But the belly bloat I'd been carrying for two years started going down by week 6. I zipped up jeans I hadn't worn since before perimenopause. He stopped laughing when I walked out in them.

I Wore a Sleeveless Dress Again

Menopause destroyed my skin — dry, dull, crepe-y arms. I'd given up on sleeveless anything. After 10 weeks on ShilaSource, my daughter grabbed my arm and said "Mom, your skin feels different." The fine lines on my neck softened. My face stopped looking tired even when I wasn't. That Sunday I wore a sleeveless dress to brunch. First time in four years.

— Angela M., Age 55 • 4 months using ✓

The Scale Finally Moved

I was eating clean, walking 10,000 steps, doing everything right — and gaining weight anyway. My endocrinologist said my metabolism had slowed with menopause. Two months on ShilaSource and the stubborn 9 lbs I'd been fighting for a year finally started coming off

How is ShilaSource different from other Shilajit products

We formulate specifically for women over 40. Our proprietary low-temperature extraction preserves phytoestrogens and the full spectrum of fulvic acid. Every batch is independently tested by Eurofins and the results are published — something no other brand offers. Plus, our formulation is guided by a medical advisory board including OB-GYNs and Ayurvedic specialists.

What can I expect in terms of results and timeline?

Most women notice early improvements in sleep, hot flashes, and mood within 2–4 weeks. Deeper symptoms — vaginal dryness, joint pain, hair changes, weight resistance, bladder issues — typically improve at 6–12 weeks. Our 5-month survey showed the most comprehensive results at months 3–5.

Is Shilajit safe to take alongside HRT or other medications?

ShilaSource provides trace minerals as cofactors for hormone metabolism. It is not a hormone replacement. If you’re on HRT, antidepressants, or thyroid medication, consult your healthcare provider before adding any supplement.

Can it help with intimacy-related symptoms like vaginal dryness?

Yes. Fulvic acid supports cellular hydration and estrogen metabolism at the tissue level. Many women in our survey reported noticeable improvements in comfort, lubrication, and desire within 6–8 weeks.

What about the “weird” symptoms — tingling skin, metallic taste, palpitations, bladder leaks?

These “invisible” menopause symptoms are linked to trace mineral depletion affecting nerve function, sensory processing, and bladder tissue. Magnesium deficiency alone can cause tingling, palpitations, and altered taste. Many women report these improving first, within 4–6 weeks.

How do I take it? What's the recommended dosage?

Take a pea-sized portion (approximately 300-500mg) dissolved in warm water, tea, or milk once daily — preferably in the morning. Consistency is key. One jar lasts approximately 30 days with daily use. For optimal results, we recommend committing to at least 90 days of consistent use.

Why focus on fulvic acid for women’s health?

Fulvic acid makes trace minerals bioavailable at the cellular level. Without it, many mineral supplements pass right through you. This is why women who’ve tried zinc, magnesium, and iron individually often see a difference with ShilaSource.

Is it third-party tested and authentic?

Every batch undergoes independent third-party testing for heavy metals, microbial contamination, and Fulvic Acid potency. Lab reports are published on our website.

What if it doesn't work for me?

We offer a full 90-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. If you don't feel a meaningful difference within 90 days, contact us for a complete refund. We stand behind our product because the science and our 16,500+ customers already do.
