Follow Our Journey

In 2019, nestled in the cultural richness of Kathmandu, Nepal, we founded Wellness Nest with a mission to bring the best of natural wellness to the world. Our team of experts includes a certified herbalist, a molecular biologist, a practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine, an Ayurvedic specialist, and many more. All united by a deep commitment to holistic health.

Our Beginnings

Driven by a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle, wholesome food, and personal growth, we continually seek high-quality, Earth-friendly products. Our quest led us to the Himalayas, where we made an extraordinary discovery...

Our Passions

In the remote heights of the Himalayas near Kathmandu, we found Shilajit, a rare black mountain pitch revered in Ayurvedic medicine. Rich in fulvic acid and essential trace minerals, Shilajit has been a cornerstone of traditional healing for millennia. We recognized its immense potential immediately.

Uncovering Shilajit

Our molecular biologist collected Shilajit samples from different Himalayan regions. Using advanced scientific methods, we identified the samples with the highest energy levels and purest biofield. Rigorous laboratory analyses confirmed their authenticity, purity, and safety, meeting stringent EU regulations.

Scientific Validation

To preserve the potent properties of Shilajit, we chose high-quality violet glass with biophotonic properties for packaging, protecting it from heat and sunlight. This ensures that every dose delivers maximum benefits.

Ensuring Purity

Inspired by the nurturing essence of nature and the transformative power of Shilajit, we established Wellness Nest. Our name reflects our commitment to creating a sanctuary of health and well-being, where ancient Ayurvedic wisdom meets modern wellness practices.
