I started using Pure Shilajit Gold Resin back at the beginning of October. I wanted to truly use the product before leaving a review, and I have been taking two doses a day: one in the morning and one at night. For starters, I thought the taste of Pure Shilajit Gold Resin was strong and almost overpowering, but that wore off as I went and I didn't notice it at all after that first week. I tried it with hot tea and with coffee at first just to see, and I thought it paired better with tea due to the earthy taste -plus I would rather enjoy my one cup of coffee a day than to have to constantly deal with the aftertaste of every sip. However, in order to make it a little more convenient to take, I found the easiest way to ingest it was to dip the end of a butter knife in (and get what you think is the correct amount) and put it directly on your tongue to dissolve and swallow. Easy enough, you only deal with it for 5 seconds and you know that you truly get the whole dose. As for the sudden burst of energy and/or increased daily focus? I didn't really get that. The first night, I stayed up briefly because I was thinking about it too much, but after that I was able to go to sleep fine. I haven't struggled with sleeping or waking up in the morning, so there wasn't a huge difference for me. I usually get my workout in early morning before work and I didn't realize a difference in stamina during my lift really. There was maybe a slight uptick in focus throughout the day, but nothing terribly noticeable on my end. What I did notice is that it helped something out with me digestively: take that as you will.

Overall, from someone who tries his best to live a healthy lifestyle in that I don't eat fast food, processed food, or out very much, exercises daily, and takes base vitamins and fish oil, there wasn't a crazy change except for an extra bathroom visit: but still that's something. I still think the product is a worthwhile compliment to a healthy lifestyle.
