iPhone Duo Giveaway: Official Rules
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The iPhone Duo Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Global Ecomcom LLC, doing business as Wellness Nest ("Sponsor"). Contact: support@wellnessnest.co.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and contractors of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
3. Entry period
The Giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
4. How to enter
To enter, visit wellnessnest.co, enter your email address in the giveaway form (for example, the "Find your formula" quiz or the giveaway sign-up form) and submit it.
The "Find your formula" quiz also asks for your mobile phone number and date of birth. Sponsor uses them to contact a potential winner and to confirm eligibility.
Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address for the whole Entry Period. You do not have to complete the quiz to enter. Entries made by automated means, or with more than one email address, are void.
5. Prize
One (1) prize: one (1) Apple iPhone Duo. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,999 USD. The model, color and storage are chosen by Sponsor. No cash substitute and no transfer, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for all taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where the law requires it.
6. Winner selection and odds
Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 7, 2027. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification
Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. The potential winner must reply within seven (7) days and may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (where the law allows). If the potential winner does not reply in time, is not eligible or does not comply with these rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a new random drawing.
8. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor outside its control affects the Giveaway. In that case, Sponsor may select the winner from the eligible entries received before the action.
9. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, you release Sponsor, Apple Inc., and their affiliates from any liability for injury, loss or damage that comes from your participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance or use of the prize. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this Giveaway.
10. Privacy
Sponsor collects the information you submit (email address and, in the quiz, mobile phone number and date of birth) to run the Giveaway, to contact the winner and to confirm age. Sponsor may also use your date of birth to email you a birthday offer. Sponsor does not send marketing text messages unless you agree to them separately. 11. Winner's name
For the winner's first name and state, send an email to support@wellnessnest.co with the subject line "iPhone Duo Giveaway Winner" within 60 days after the Entry Period ends.
